Contacting Our Staff

BNSG has a large, friendly staff of trained professionals to serve you. Our nurses and staff often serve as a liaison between physician and patient, allowing our physicians to maximize their time in the operating room and in the clinic. They are able to answer many questions regarding post-operative care, recommended treatment, test results, and prescribed medications. Our patient care coordinators can facilitate scheduling tests, surgery, and other procedures. Other staff members serve you by acquiring necessary pre-authorizations, completing employer paperwork, and filing insurance claims.
